1. How do I know if I have received any matches?
You will be informed via email of the details of any person / s that you have matched with the following night.
2. What happens after the Speed Dating event is over?

The fun continues – the night will transform into a mixer, where you will get a Chance to chat to people that you didn’t speed date and also those unable to secure a ticket to our Speed Dating event, but are single and ready to mingle!

3. What happens if I am running late?

To ensure a flowing event without delay, the event must continue as scheduled – unfortunately, the later you are, the more dates you will miss, and therefore, less Chance of finding your love. We strongly encourage everyone to arrive on time to increase their Chances of finding love.

4. Is there a dress code?

Whilst there is no strict dress code, so dress as you please, however, we recommend that you dress to impress😉

5. I have bought a ticket but haven’t received it yet?

Please first check your Spam / Junk folder first. If it’s still missing, please email us at info@chancedating.com or DM us on Instagram at chancedatingau

6. Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Many of our guests come solo, and our friendly hosts will make you feel at ease.

7. Do you have age limits and check ID?

Participants must fall within the age range specified for the advertised event. For example, an event may specify an age range of 25-31 years. You may be required to present valid photo identification to verify their age.

8. Is there a refund policy?

Yes, tickets are refundable if a refund request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of the event will not be honoured, except under extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of Chance Events Pty Ltd.
