Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Chance account and all associated information at any time. We offer two ways to do this — directly in the app, or by emailing our team.

Option 1: Delete in the App

1. Open the Chance app and go to your Profile.
2. Tap Edit Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This immediately removes your profile from the app and begins the deletion process described below.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing team@chancematchmaking.com with the following information so we can locate and verify your account:

• The email address associated with your Chance account
• Your first name
• Your last name

We'll confirm the deletion once it's been processed.

What Gets Deleted

Once your account is deleted, your profile becomes inaccessible immediately, and your messages and other content are deleted or anonymized within 30 days. Some information may be retained longer where required for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention.
